Homemade Pesto
Prepare your own aromatic homemade pesto, and bring an Italian flavour to your kitchen! You may use this pesto in the recipe for Pesto-Mozzarella Wrap.
Ingredients
150g | nuts |
1 | bunch of basil |
2 | garlic cloves |
100g | Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese |
50ml | olive oil |
Instructions
- Roast the nuts on a hot pan for a few minutes. Chop basil and garlic. Combine the ingredients in a food processor and blend them together.
- Add olive oil and cheese. Blend it all together for a few moments.
- Transfer the pesto to a serving bowl. Enjoy the amazing taste and aroma of basil!
